 Assalamualaikum

So I heard you were cafe hopping with her,
As I recalled back the weird mask on your face,
The way it flashed just in a few seconds,
Everyone who knew you knew it was you,
So I heard you're back, in her plans. 

So I heard it was your day,
I came knocking on your day feeling happy the day was yours,
Wanting to know more about your planned future, 
Just as a friend,
But you welcomed the wishes with a simple appreciation,
And locked me out of the door. 
When it was just a few months ago you built the fire just for me. 

So I heard it's going to end, 
As I looked back at my old self, wishing you the best and seeing myself beside you,
The way it felt when you smiled that smile,
The way you looked like in that fitness suit, 
The way I was head over heels with you.
So I heard it was an end. As you shut the door close, and I smiled writing this down with my lover on my mind. 
So I heard it's just a memory. A mere flashback. Of our past.

So no need to worry.
It has ended a long time ago for me. 
But it wouldn't hurt to be friends, would it?

 Assalamualaikum It's been months I guess? These days the monologues shared are within me and my mind only.  People said my looks are pale and clueless. If only they know, The things I keep replaying in my head. The things that keep my beatings awake and I promise you they include what I should have for my next meal.  I honestly don't know what has happened to me. What has befallen me, to make me who I am today. I replayed back the moments I had when I was young. Those people and places, those facades and brutal honesty. Life - You Mean So Much

 Assalamualaikum I want to go to Ikea once again with you. And try my best to be myself, to not fall asleep, Just to catch your laughs and smiles, And to watch you feel like yourself again.  I want to buy you lunch and dinner, and knock on your door. I want to have my meals with you, and think hard about what you can eat and what you're not supposed to take in. I want to fall asleep next to your bed. And notice how much you hate bad smells. And notice how you'd look like in the morning. And smile at you, with all my heart. I want you to feel my presence, each time you feel you're alone. I want to pick you up at the bus stop, and take you somewhere and we're gonna have some desserts. I want to buy you your favourite waffles with ice creams on top of them.
