Assalamualaikum

You're like the sweet candy in the middle of open space,

Even when you're lying on the empty floor,

You'd be getting all the tension and desperation and unwavering attention from the sweet tooth creatures.

You can come in different colours, on different days,

But the taste remains the same; sweet. You are sweet.

Your eyes might be able to drug one's innocent stare.

They can appear to be somewhat so incredible, as they glimmer,

In the dim light, under the bright sun rays,

You own an impeccable beauty, such an eye candy,

It is unfair that you'd look the best in everything. 

It's sometimes hard for me to understand,

How can such creature exist, with a heart to be deep in sorrow,

For it has been broken for millionth times. 

How can such person, let you slip away like any other of her empty days. 

How can you, not know. All the meanings you've held in your existence and presence. 

Despite the dark clouds and swirling feelings of wanting for your own selfish needs,

You always chose the best for you. The best for those around you. 

I will let you borrow one of my favourite umbrellas. 

You can have the blue one.

Somehow I could feel, it was in the moment of weakness, you let it out for me to think about it for nights. But I'm too tired to give it another night, tonight.
